Liham's services are provided under these terms. This page is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Service provided "as is". Liham provides online tools to create, publish and share invitations "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. We use reasonable efforts to keep published invitations online but do not guarantee their availability at any given time.

2. Not the event organiser. Liham does not organise, host or manage any event shown in an invitation. We are not responsible for the event itself, or for any change, postponement, cancellation, or anything that happens at or in connection with it.

3. Content provided by users. Event details, gift and payment details, text, photos and other content in an invitation are provided by its owner, not by Liham. We do not verify them and are not responsible for their accuracy, completeness or legality, including whether the owner has the right to use the photos, music, videos or artwork in it. Anyone can report an invitation, and copyright owners can report one that uses their work without permission. We review reports and usually ask the owner to explain or fix it before acting, but we can't check every invitation in advance; we take it down if it breaks our Terms. Guests should confirm important details (date, time, venue) with the host.

4. Public links and RSVP. RSVP responses are collected on behalf of the invitation's owner, who is responsible for how they are used and for who gets their private RSVP link; we don't guarantee that every response is delivered or accurate. Liham doesn't list, show or share invitation pages, never posts a client's invitation link on social media (its own pages included), and asks search engines not to show them. The host, or the editor who made the invitation, is solely responsible for who receives its link, including any client an editor shares it with. A published invitation can be viewed by anyone who has its link, and links can be forwarded beyond the people the owner shared them with. Preview links can be viewed by anyone who has them until revoked. We are not responsible for who views, saves or forwards a link once it is shared.

5. Editors and clients. Editors who use Liham are independent and are not employees, agents or partners of Liham. Any agreement, price, payment, deadline, refund or dispute between an editor and a client is solely between them. Liham is not a party to those dealings, receives no commission from them, and is not responsible for an editor's work, conduct or availability, or for a client's payment. Liham doesn't vet editors, and an editor profile is not an endorsement or guarantee.

6. Plans, purchases and account status. We are not responsible for loss of access or availability that results from the rules of the service as described at purchase (Pro and Editor plans, older passes, and templates, cards and packs bought on their own). This includes: the "Made with Liham.ph" footer showing again and Pro designs needing a plan or purchase to publish when Pro or Editor ends; invitations going offline when the owner unpublishes them, deletes the account, or when an account is disabled for breaking the Terms (including invitations an editor made for clients); names that can't be changed once an invitation is published, including a mistake in them. Refunds are sent manually, and the buyer bears any transfer or payment fee, which is deducted from the amount refunded.

7. Third-party services. Maps, payment processing, email delivery, messaging apps and social networks are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, fees or actions.

8. Your data and backups. Keep your own copies of photos and important content. We are not responsible for loss of content caused by your actions (such as deleting an invitation or account) or by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, Liham and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or costs related to an event. Our total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Liham in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ₱1,000.

10. What this disclaimer does not limit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability arising from fraud (Civil Code, Art. 1171), bad faith or gross negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Act and the Data Privacy Act.

11. Language. If the English and Tagalog versions differ, the English version prevails.
