Deleting your data

Last updated 2026-10-28

This page explains how to delete the personal data Liham holds about you, including when you signed in with Google or Facebook. It follows our Privacy Notice and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Delete your account yourself

  1. Sign in at liham.ph (with your email and password, or with Google or Facebook).
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and, with it, your invitations, guests' RSVP replies, photos, drafts, client folders and plan time. Your invitation links stop working at once and are held for 90 days so nobody else can take them over. Records of payments stay, without your name or account, because the law requires us to keep accounting records.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook

Removing Liham from your Google or Facebook settings stops Liham from signing you in with that account, but doesn't delete your Liham account or invitations. To delete them, follow the steps above, or email us as below.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, or want only some data removed, email privacy@liham.ph from the address on your account and tell us what to delete. We confirm when it's done, usually within 7 days.
